My name is Donna Heminger and I am thankful to God for the opportunity to teach at Green Valley Christian School.
I’m from Kansas City, Missouri. I moved to Las Vegas in 1973. I graduated from Central Missouri State College in 1968. I taught in the public school in Peculiar, Missouri for about 4 years. This is my 25th year teaching in Christian schools in Las Vegas. I love sharing Christ and teaching God’s Word along with spelling, math, etc. Each month we will learn a long passage from the Bible. It may seem hard, but learning God’s Word is important and with His help it’s not impossible. My trip to the Amazon over the 2009 summer was awesome! I look forward to sharing my experiences with your children. I also love animals and teaching children how to care for them. This is going to be a great year for all of us!!
I am always very excited to start a new year that promises to be fun and rewarding!
