GVCS operates as a ministry of Green Valley Christian Center. We are a private Christian school with very high academic and spiritual standards. The mission of our school is to train Christian young people to achieve their fullest potential spiritually, academically and physically. Our Purpose.... Our purpose at Green Valley Christian School is to serve our Lord, by providing our community with the best Christian education possible. Our school’s purpose is two fold: to be an extension of the Christian parent in the training of their child, and an outreach to parents who are not currently attending a church but desire to offer their child a Christian education. Our History..... The GV Christian Preschool was started February 1990 and has achieved an excellent reputation in the Green Valley community. Much time and research was required to develop a Christian school with a high standard of excellence in education and spiritual guidance. In 1993, Green Valley Christian Center established the next phase of Christian education by offering kindergarten and increasing a grade level each year.
