Mental, Emotional, Physical & Spiritual (M.E.P.S.)

Jesus lived His life as an example of balance in these four essential life areas for us throughout His ministry here on earth as can be clearly seen in:

"...Jesus grew in wisdom (Mental) and stature (Physical), and in favor with God (Spiritual) and men (Emotional)." Luke 2:52 (NIV)
In His life Jesus also called us to emulate Him in our lives in these four areas as is clearly illustrated when He reminded the people he was teaching of the greatest commandment in:
"Love the Lord your God with all your heart (Emotional) and with all your soul (Spiritual) and with all your mind (Mental) and with all your strength (Physical)." Mark 12:30 (NIV)
