Preschool Administration

Careea Richter is the Preschool Director and Preschool Pastor for GV Christian Preschool. She is a mother of 2 preschoolers and she understands the joy and the unique challenges that come with that. Careea brings a deep love for young children, a heart for families, and years of trusted leadership, leading infants through pre-kindergarten with a strong commitment to nurturing both faith and development. Through her ministry, Careea has helped create environments where children feel safe, known, and encouraged to grow in their relationship with God.

She has a Bachelor's degree in Social Work and a minor in Human Development and Family Studies, as well as a Bachelor's in Ministry Leadership and she brings over a decade of experience working with young children. Careea is committed to partnering with families and staff to build a preschool community marked by care, joy, and intentional growth. She feels honored to serve, eager to learn alongside the team, and excited to invest in the lives of children and families.
